I have developed a unique system that blends the worlds of health, fitness, self defense, and much more. This is a comprehensive program designed to develop your mind, body, and spirit.

This system has a branching curriculum made up of courses with 12 - 14 classes each. There is an introductory course - Foundations of Healthy Movement and Self Defense (outlined below). After taking that course, you are free to choose from a variety of course types going forward. Some examples include striking, relaxation and restoration, and weapons training.
