Thank you for purchasing my Finding Fitness eBook. Now all you have to do is download the eBook and start reading. Clicking the download link below. If the link opens Finding Fitness in a new window, wait for the page to fully load, then save the file to your computer or wherever else you prefer.
Another option is to right click on the above link and click the tab that says "Save Target As..." Then select the place where you want to store the file and click the "Save" button. If you encounter any problems when downloading Finding Fitness, please let me know.
You will need Adobe Reader to read this eBook properly. If you do not already have it installed on your computer, click here to download Adobe Reader for free. Clicking this link will open a new window that leads directly to the download page. The default setting on their site (at least for me) is for Windows Vista, so if you do not have Vista, click the "Different language or operating system?" link and you can choose the version you need. Also, if you do not want to install the Google Toolbar, be sure to uncheck the box (it is checked by default) by "Free Google Toolbar (optional)." Then click download and install the program.
I also want to let you know the table of contents on this eBook links directly with each section. In other words, if you see a section in the table of contents that you want to read, simply click on the name of the section and you will be taken directly to the corresponding section in the eBook.
Finally, if you have any questions or problems with my Finding Fitness eBook, please e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know what I can do to help. I will personally respond as quickly as I can to every message I receive. Thanks again and I wish you well on your way to achieving your health and fitness goals. Sincerely,
Ross Harrison, CSCS, NSCA-CPT
